Louise Shanahan is looking to the future and putting behind a campaign that was hampered by injury.
College Trinity Entry year 2019 Course PhD in Physics Sport Athletics
The Trinity College retained the Irish National Championship 800m title in March, but struggled for fitness during the summer.
Louise said: “UCAPP has been a consistent support network for me throughout my PhD. I particularly appreciate the S&C training.
“I really enjoy the atmosphere and comradery in the group S&C sessions.”
Future goals and targets:
- To represent Ireland at the European Championships in Birmingham in 2026
