Shaping the next campaign together.

Spotlight on campaign planning

With a public launch expected in 2027, academic colleagues, external partners and supporters have been helping to lay and connect the groundwork for the next campaign. We have established a new campaign advisory group and convened a series of academic dinners hosted by the Vice-Chancellor. To date more than 200 academics and colleagues from across the University and Colleges, along with key donors and stakeholders, have engaged in this process, providing invaluable insights into both the potential shape of the next campaign and priority themes and initiatives.

We know that people and talent will be a key theme at the heart of the campaign, and that there will be specific ambitions around PhD funding, in addition to wider student support and a range of academic research themes. Together, we are working to find the common ground amongst our internal communities and develop it into themes and initiatives that will resonate with external audiences and partners.

The momentum is building.

One of the most exciting developments this year has been the progress in preparing for the next major fundraising campaign, which will be global in ambition and reach.
